Ops, wrong... Touch Control Free PGM for Nexus 4?

I dropped to a ceramic floor in a room while sitting, and the back cover had one fine crack... from the back LED all the way to the right edge. Just use a case or bumper, can minimize the damage.

I dropped it naked, so yeah.

Here you go hah. I didn't fix it, not very disturbing to me so yeah.


Now I am using a bumper but occasionally I still use it naked. Feels so good.

the titanium back up usually just back up apps only right? if want flash other roms. what if back up system data too, when restore  does the system data will crash with the other roms?

If got root, can try proximity sensor off. Best for flip case user. Got gesture options inside to lock/unlock the phone too.
Check the FAQ, you can terminate on spot. But actually not worth getting from digi now. You can just buy a unit outside, LG Malaysia unit for about the same price without the hassle to sign and to terminate contract with digi.

Just an alternative. That app allows you to use Proximity (proximity is the main part) but also offers gesture to lock/unlock.

I don't own nexus 4. No guarantee. Just suggesting. Why don't you try it out

This app is really good for flip case user. Too bad. I don't like flip case.

Heavy duty means definitely will add bulk to the phone. I want my phone as thin as possible. So either bumper or naked haha

I am.It feel so N9-ish.
However in some rare time the gesture does not work.
For this kind of gesture to work you need extra functions in kernel.
Google does not provide this function in stock kernel & Android due to patent issue.
I believe Nokia hold patent related to this.
The ongoing kernel function has some power drain issue.But yeah,in theory with external power the otg does work.
Is the crack just a surface crack or deep crack?
Maybe you can use some silicon seal to hide the crack?Or you can just stick some sticker.

You can use stock rom but need to flash third party kernel.The extra module needed in order to make the gesture work is unavailable in stock Android 4.2.2 kernel.
If you're afraid of using some unknown kernel the Touch Control developer himself provide a modified kernel which essentially the stock kernel with added gesture modules.You can use that.

are you rooted with a bit of tweaks? like having the ability to hide softkeys at will (not auto hide)

Charger issue.Try charging again.If the problem repeats again use different charger.
If you're talking about phone setting I don't think so assuming you already have unlocked bootloader in your phone.
Phone settings are usually saved in ROM.
May I know in which kind of situation will you want to hide the software keys?

which rumor or article u following? what i heard is LG or motorola but still no strong evidence to prove anything
