his FB is skinny to buff in 90 days

not 3 years

I did not made any money off it nor did I pushed any "Muscle Gainer XX" scam products on my page.

It was just a short documentary made to show the average skinny guy what can he achieve in 3 months with perfect training. It also highlights flexible dieting which serves to curb the "eat clean" myth.
Everything from my starting and ending stats including all my lifts were honest and transparent.

It's an education material for skinny guys who aspires to start gym so they can set realistic expectations and do not succumb to common dogma.

I was planning to get this

https://www.musclemaniaclub.net/accessories...ly-dipping-belt

Looks decent but when I went on Bodybuilding forum alot of guys were saying it snaps at mere 135lbs and some of them even snapped at 45lb. Anyone got experience using it?

Did some research and found that Spud Lifting Belt is very good (and abit pricey), but seems like Malaysia doesn't sell.

Actually you can DIY. Get any strong strap and stitch the O-ring at each of the end. Then get chain & carabiner clip.

Yea was reading that topic 30 minutes ago, quite simple also but they say can get uncomfortable.

I planning to use this thing for like 3-5 years (lifetime).

Ego Nutrition got sell Harbinger Polypro Dip Belt for RM 125.00. Reviews seem good also, wonder shud get that or DIY hmm.gif

I don't see any of ur mid back and even traps. 4 months is not enough bro
*
I don't think it's wise to see 4 months of gains in the mirror. Around 3.5kg++ of muscle spread evenly all around your body.... you can't really see that.

If you went from 65-> 70kg and body-fat maintained, and lifts went up, then that's maximum human drug free progress edy. Good job.

Been workout since April 2015 till now but seem like the progress is slow and not really satisfy on the result. Currently work out 3 time a week. Should I cut my bf?
*
It takes minimum 1.5 years to see something decent in the mirror, provided your diet and training is perfect and your bodyfat is 13% max that is. You only can gain ~900 grams of muscle each month (spread evenly around your body) of trainning. And this will drop to 450~500g per month after 1 year of training.

You're not going to get any results if you quit. Bodybuilding is a long term process, not some weekend project.

errr do u warm up.? or mayb d weight is 'heavy' for ur muscle size...

Was doing overhead extensions with a 8 KG dumbbell with both hands. So that's like only 4KG per hand. My 15 Rep max.

The thing is I did it full room, which places acute stress on the elbow joint at bottom. I am taking a powerfull medicine called Accutane which dries up my joints.

I strongly suspect that medicine caused the injury. Because it doesn't make sense how can a normal person who used such light weight and perfect form got injured so much on it.

I didn't feel any pain during the exercise. Just that when I went home few hours after that both elbows were swollen/bruised. Then I know I ripped something.
They symptoms, the way the injury occurred, and the pain site exactly matches Ulnar Collateral Ligament injury.

Not gonna do any extensions until my medicine course is over which will be next year.

Today it arrived. The legendary Harbinger Dipping Belt.

user posted image

Always wanted to buy it. Finally got it cause the weight was getting heavy and my DIY dip belt was starting to choke my intestines and it was sure gonna break at 20kg.

Used it today right away and this Harbinger belt felt insanely comfortable. Well made, good product.
