Yes..no sound notification when fully charged is normal.

Actual cost between the LTE and non-LTE is very small. Infact they should sell both version with the same price.

Since the S4 LTE is coming soon..it push the S3 LTE price down.

Well..I won't debate about your so called S3 idle stats coz I know you can't produce any screenshot. Most probably your so called S3 phone has broke its screenshot feature...ehh

Basically phones still use the battery juice even when idle to do any updates available. Unless you disable the data network..0% depreciation is nearly impossible.
Even small kids know about this simple little things.

Again..where did you put all your songs..?
If you put all your songs inside sdcard...try unmount and remove the sdcard. Download a few songs from fresh source (not by copying same songs from your sdcard) and play it. See if your new downloaded songs still stutter or not. Test/play from both stock music player and PowerAmp.

If the songs played smoothly then the problem is your sdcard.
If the songs still stutter..then most probably something wrong with the phone itself. You need to bring it to service center and let them find the way to solve your problem.

Last time when you upgrade from ICS to JB..did you do a factory reset..?
If you haven't do factory reset then it's advisable the do so before you download those few new songs for testing.
