the best so far is the ori battery (3000mAh), SOT for me 5-7 hours, screen brightness around 75-85%
second is the sun global batter (3000mAh), SOT for me 3-4.30 hours
iproc battery (2650mAh) additional 30min to 1 hours SOT

how much for the ori 3000mAh? do we need to change the back cover for the 3000mAh battery or it fits in perfectly?

QUOTE(KennyKB @ May 10 2013, 03:53 PM) I bought online from Lazada.com.my and they have a 14 days exchange window. So if you guys think it is hardware I better exercise my right of exchange. Btw, I highly recommend this site. Reasonable prices, fast delivery, local Samsung warranty and an exchange window which even brick and mortar shops won't give you. If it's a random shutdown I suppose its very hard to find its cause. Just do exchange 1-1 rather than wasting time

QUOTE(angkhian @ May 11 2013, 09:57 PM) That time cannot revive so I send to CS mana tau when I get it back the CS insisted I rooted. Maybe try at other service centre and try luck? or if they enter into system then will be hard to try other sc since they got the record

QUOTE(angkhian @ May 12 2013, 07:41 AM) The warranty sticker has written "Phone rooted" so definitely can't go back to CS. Better think what phone to buy. Deciding between S4, Sony or iPhone. Scared S4 has the same issue as S3. wait for third or fourth batch plus price will be cheaper by the time then

QUOTE(lightning69 @ May 12 2013, 04:24 PM) Thank you guys for the info and help. For those guys who think S3 performance is good gotta try out iPhone 5. I am using iPhone 5 and compare to my wife S3, the S3 is so slow and laggy at times. There are some benefits of the S3 like bigger screen and easy file transfer but overall the iPhone 5 is so much more smoother and stable and trouble free too. Just my 2 cents. My wife is feeling the hassle now of the unstable and sometimes slow and laggy performance of the S3 now. joytest why he say iphone is more stable?

QUOTE(joytest @ May 12 2013, 04:33 PM) Sometimes Android apps are crap, it's a fact of life, that leads to a laggy phone. My wife's S3 has been in use for almost 1 year and there is no lag because there are not many games and when the kids install games that cause lag it gets promptly booted off the phone. There are far too many apps/games that are not properly done *cough* Viber/Go *cough* leading to poor battery life and lagginess. Then again some people complain about 1s, 2s of lag, and there was a comparison that measured 4.3s vs 5.7s for startup or something like that. I'm quite sure a factory reset with a curated app installation process will immediately cause the S3 to perform excellently. And ipong has NO WIDGETS. Try using widgets and see if it lags or not. A screen full of widgets is also going to lag. Not an entirely valid comparison, and the underlying philosophies are completely different. True, somehow i managed to do a test last time a page full of widgets make my phone lag and when i reboot my phone, the startup loads slow. Yes, i noticed too iphone dont have widgets and maybe that makes it running smoothly

QUOTE(waveweaver @ May 12 2013, 10:58 PM) Different ppl have different definition on smoothness. Maybe we feel it already smooth but not for him. Like I said..different ppl have different usage and apps inside their phone. There's no point to argue on the definition of smoothness here..lolz Nah i'm satisfy with my phone all the way, no lag, no reboot , 101% smoothness if he complaint about smoothness, he should define it in details how it lags, how it reboots ... using wechat, fb, viber so far never tend to reboot my phone itself huh *eyerolls*
