QUOTE(Eoma @ Jan 22 2007, 06:24 PM) Waah, this thread poisoned me the most in getting an xbox 360. between 720p and 1080p.. u wil hardly notice any difference if ur display is no larger than 24"..With all the talk on widescreen LCDs and such, anybody running 1080p via VGA on a CRT ? I've got a Viewsonic p95f+ and it can do 1920x1080. Will I see a big difference as compared to 1280x1024@720p (which is incidentally the monitor's native res). Is there really a slowdown when running games at 1080p ? p/s: MK, pinjam kasi itu 360, wanna test drive la. ehehhe. |

the latest revision a04 is available in malaysia BUT so is the a03.. simply put its a toss of a coin as to whether u get an a03 or a04.. to make tings worse, u cant specifically ask for an a04.. too bad |

QUOTE(edoras81 @ Feb 23 2007, 04:09 PM) No its on all 4 sides...and i thought the A04 should fix the problem (or the better question is why is everyone recommending the A04)? Or maybe i'm not doing something right, granted i only tested it for about half an hour maybe there are a few more things i need to check...please advice from my understanding, the pixel aspect ratio of a tv source is much wider than a monitor's. i noticed this when i converted a canvas (in photoshop) from a standard monitor pixel ratio to a hdtv ratio, where the canvas became much wider. thus i believe this is the problem faced when u set ur monitor to 1:1 display where it fits the screen with a 1080 hdtv source according to the standard pixel aspect ratio of a monitor. |

QUOTE(prominen @ Mar 17 2007, 04:32 PM) at that price, I prefer buying 32 inch LCD TV better...the price is around rm2999. But that ur choice dude... So hows the PQ yeah ur probably rite bt im using it more for work then leisure.. so an lcd tv is out of the question.. about PQ.. no disgrunts or complains of any kind wat so ever.. for the first time in my life.. i actually enjoy staring at my wallpaper (scenic ones) thanks to the amazing depth in color tat tis lcd has.. of course u would hav to use high quality native resolution(1920*1200) wallpapers to truly take advantage of tis bt seriously, i honestly dint expect such quality.. i tot it would b a gud, large lcd as i had initally set my eyes on the dell 2407fpw but due to its poor component quality i chose the benq.. if any of u r planning 2 buy tis.. i'd say its a gud buy.. u'll definately love it |
