hi all, been reading this forum for a while, never really contributed though, on account of me not having an xbox. but that is soon to change, and in liew of the HD capabilities of 360 am getting a new lcd monitor as well (just managed to scrape enough for the dell 2407fpw, and boy did it take a long time).

but maybe its just me (i'm not the sharpest tool in the shed), but with a pc lcd monitor how do you get the sound from the 360? do you have to connect it to your sound card some way?

if it's a dumb question, sorry. but i swear i've searched the forum and i couldn't find an answer.

thanks for the reply munky, but the suggestion was to connect the 360 to a hi-fi system. i don't have one, and no more budget to get one (bloody expensive lcd).

what do you guys think, take the plunge and get the dell or save for a few more months and just buy an lcd tv.

waiting for ps3 to come out to see what kind of 360 promotions there'll be. hope to get some great deals.

planning to get it from djinn as i bought my ps2 from him. 2 years down the road it's still running great. in djinn we trust, hehe.
