How do I share a monitor between my PC and an XBox 360? I have a 19" Dell LCD which has DVI output. I'm currently using DVI for my PC, so is it possible to plug the VGA cable into the VGA port? How do I switch views or do I have to turn on one machine only at one time?

How much is an XBox 360 at the moment?

How do I share sounds with my speakers (which are attached to my PC. they are actually a very old Sony HiFi which I do an RCA - Minijack connection) if I wanna use it with my XBox 360? Is there such a connector?

I'm so sorry for all the newbie questions but I've not been updating myself with the console world since the old Dreamcast days due to studies and now work.
