Thanks for the heads up =D. In that case, i think im leaning more towards the F11, but im beginning to like the F30, because of its extra modes (not as much for its ISO3200) like the flash and without flash 2 in 1 shots. Very useful

Don't buy the F11 if you can wait for F30. F30 is going to be launch tomorrow at Singapore, according to Fujifilm Singapore. You know once it is in Singapore, you don't have to wait long for it to reach our shore.

Btw, i'm also intrested to Panasonic FZ7 as my second choice. in term of picture quality can this FZ7 beat F30? FZ7 also hv manual focus, but it got lot of noise at high ISO speed.

The Fujifilm S9500 would beat the FZ7 in terms of noise. The F30 is not an ultrazoom but the noise is much better. Also, FZ7's ISO800 and ISO1600 look blotchy and look like a 200% blow up thanks to noise removal in the camera.

I saw some reviews saying that FZ30's ISO quite terrible, it has been an issue even at ISO200 something like that. not sure.
Please correct me, if i am wrong ... So, if lets say you all gonna choose, which one you all gonna choose? The S9500 or FZ30? |

S9500 definitely; its ISO400 is decent and can go up to ISO1600. Its manual focus ring is a lot more responsive. The FZ30's ring is very laggy and manual focus ring is quite unusable especially when zooming in. You have to see it to know what I mean.
The S9500 uses 4 AA batteries. Its zoom range is not as far as the FZ30's but still practical because it also does wide angle at 28mm. The S9500 does not have OIS but makes up for it with high ISO (in most cases I'd rather have faster shutter speeds.) |

QUOTE(daijoubu @ Jun 23 2006, 04:04 AM) http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=273180 I am very worried everytime when I read this line in the Bulk forums :-he's selling the F30 for RM1250 0.o cheaper than the F11 which is at Rm1350 0.o Note: Full amount is needed to be deposited in order for the order to be processed. If there is a cancelation after the order is made, there would be no refund! Please take note. No, thank you. I am rather wait for the F30. Thanks for the heads up. |
