Peri gor and other tk... we also like to get some good stuff for our frens and associates too.. sure will do that. Actually my boss intention is to take up some floors for his frens and associates. I dunno whether we r so called agent o not tongue.gif So far we din practice on the forfeiture of deposit since the intention is to convert the booking into sales. Some small amount might b imposed later but ofcz not 5k lor. We can't control the prices since we r not the developer biggrin.gif But they promised on the delivery so all of us can make few more cents.

I heard some good news is they will have a launching with presentation from feng sui master J Y and map king HCS since both of them also assist on this project. But the price might b diff again after some take up rate.

I saw some said 20% discount earlier? But can we really get a green light from a bank's EF then? juz my 2c

nah, if u want to know who is the one flashing us the 20% rebate

he is https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2745848/all and u can get him at 0179288308.

still want us to teach u and the developer how to evade the 20% rebate for EF thing? So noob. Use 2 separate agreement for home loan and term loan (car park) concept lah.

If agents here still trolling around here, we will call up the developer for clarification and correct sales agent to deal with (if any)

It is good that your boss doesnt practice that as it doesnt feel right to buyers on the forfeit plus its a 5k. That is why we are scratching our heads on how can developer missed this and have their image on stake, or is this the doing of the exclusive agents instead ? We are not sure.

20% discounts is not the main concern, as we anticipated that the adjustment might just bring it down to 10 or 9% initially, but the price is just stretched too much from the start RM360psf and now RM450psf. If they cant commit that much why advert it in 360psf with 20% discounts ? sounds fishy rite ?

Still revert the same terms and price, i think 20 - 30 potential buyers from LYN including myself will turn heads away

Nope i didn't meet him there..as far as i know the deposit is fully refund..which i double, tripple confirmed last week lar..

Hmm,

sounds like there are different group of agents luring around.

i have to call up the developer office to know who are their exclusive agent.

Did u manage to verify your agents details with developer side?

All the while im dealing with Yuson Tan

I missed the Venture Heights developer units (next to this One Amerin) there once, im regret until today for not accepting the approved loan.
