Soli, not correct

5% DIBS wont reduce your purchase price

It part as progressive interest to be charged from banks on progressive payment to developer.

Provided if u r a CASH buyer, then u can ask the agent to swap the DIBS as rebate. In this case, should be 5%.

Make sure you 100% can get loan. If not penalty 50% down payment.

Just got the access card 2 weeks back. Developer still learning how to instruct guards not to anyhow let ppl in! These are the nitty gritty things that they need to learn quickly...

Btw , the price about fixed. According to developer SA, their units are selling fast!!!lol.......so no way they will reduce or do anything as they factored in GST increase too!! It's deemed to be reasonable and attractive by their boss.

Anyway, dun want talk so much, i decided not to go for this.....later kenna blame for saboing....

I guess you need to consider if this is for own stay or investment. And if for investment, for capital gains or rental income. I am also same as you but considering for long term rental income and my only worry is, how many % of installment + maintenance can my rental cover.

the last perspective i saw there is a One Amerin Mall below this serv apt.
ain't sure if it is stratified but it seems very likely, then really omg.
