I rarely use viber so i never experience any problem.. yet.. but, other related apps like, line and whatsapp got problem with the notifications. Only after i open the app, that i know i got new messages. 

But i checked my Wifi > Advance there's only,

-notify me when new networks are found
-automatically connect wifi hotspots
-send information abt wifi conn. to help dicsover nearby wifi
-keep wifi on when screen times out

Only those.. The closest to your option is the last one..

Also, the push notification, we enable it in the app's setting, right?

I think one of my older N series phone's camera froze a speed-5 spinning fan also, but i forgot which one because i owned quite a few, so it's not surprising, although many smartphones lately is not capable of achieving this at all.

Nokia's new teaser for a new Lumia came with the quote 'more than your eyes can see'. Im expecting a new innovation/technology, probably it can capture ghosts, or xray-through dressed subjects and people in the photos turn out naked.

i think nokia specifically put '8' because this is a phone dedicated for imaging..and promoting its camera power..

same goes for 808 pureview,nokia N8 and Nokia N82

The battery consumption should be the same. For LCD, the whole screen is used as compared to AMOLED which only light up other colors than black.

Yes both have Download funtion. Metrotube is worth it to me. You can always download & try, I think Metrotube have trial version. The last time I used Tube Pro it worked OK but since I bought Metrotube, I used that only. Until MS released the new Youtube app, have been using that instead now.

Microsoft was asked to do 2 things actually. 1st is remove the app from store which means no more users can download it, update it or reinstall it if you accidentally deleted it from your phone. 2nd thing asked was to deactivate the app that have been downloaded & installed on user phones. This is know as the 'kill switch', which means MS actually has the ability to disable an app you already downloaded & installed on your phone to keep you from using it.
