It could actually be his "public" email since I doubt he'd respond to every single one of them, which is mostly handled by one of his secretaries. I think all the "real" email addresses are kept internally and are only divulged to industry contacts to avoid information overload/spam.

By the way, if anyone of you planning to change their 920's back cover, it is possible to change it in Nokia Care Centre! I've asked the one in Armcorp Trade Centre to change my white to yellow. And guess how much the cost is? It is Rm220 for the cover + Rm50 for the service.

Dammit, i want red. But im not fond of the idea of having my healthy device dissected just to change color.

White currently. The good thing about white, you can put on any color for back cover and it still looks good. Imagine a red phone with a green back cover, looks weird. The advantage of white color. So, i still have second thoughts.

Yeah, and white blends with any accent colour for your white lumia as well.. Mine is also white and currently wearing an official yellow nokia case.. heh heh..

What about changing screen?mine got very tiny dead pixel.not distracting but the fact that I know its there drive me crazeh hehe

Screen very expensive lor... For Lumia 920 might be RM 600+ to change it.

My friend dropped his Sony Xperia J and the screen stopped responding (didnt crack), but some shop here asking over RM 400 to replace the whole screen unit and touchpad. Better go buy new phone, a Xperia J only costs RM 600+. I dunno whether the shop owner, a younger person, is bluffing (i suspect he is), many young people like to bluff thinking they can earn more. If the phone screen stopped responding it should be the touchpad damaged but he said the whole screen unit has to be changed.
