Do you know where is Alam Damai police station? And also the t-junction/traffic light where the sign "Damai Perdana" is? Its between these two. There is a huge empty land that they have now levelled. You may not see it clearly from the main road of Alam Damai/Damai Perdana cos there are trees along the road .. but see carefully, you will see that huge piece of cleared land.

Abt 2,000 ++ units ranging from 600++ sf to 1,000 sf only I think. Haha.

If from CT going out to Tmn Sg Besi Indah/Silk Highway then no impact la but if you heading out to Connaught or Kesas or in future SUKE highway .... you will be speechless

I think they will go ahead cos I see got land clearing and levelling works. I think both almost same distance but different direction only ... haha. But Vina/CG got alternative road (no need to enter Alam Damai/Damai Perdana main road.

Hopefully not more jam than 2,000 units residents using Alam Damai lor ...

Personally I feel KL postcode better lor (although these days prices of property dont really have a difference between KL or Selangor) but some people dont mind Selangor cos they say free water wor .. haha. Mine is under KL postcode but taksiran under MPKJ so I still got free water leh ...

Those looking to invest, moving over to other launches in Jalan Cheras lor. This one probably good for own stay la.

Can be Cheras address and pay assessment to MPKJ (Selangor) but is the postcode KL or Selangor? Could make a difference in future selling price .. hehe.

I know some properties nearby that area are Cheras with KL postcode but pay assessment to MPKJ (Selangor). I would definitely prefer a KL postcode.

Read somewhere before, top most floor, usually below water tank, so no good fengshui. And yeah, leaking is also a problem (which sometimes only occurs after a few years) and yeah, hot & low water pressure. My parents staying in top most floor of their apartment block now ... like this lor.
