Read somewhere before, top most floor, usually below water tank, so no good fengshui. And yeah, leaking is also a problem (which sometimes only occurs after a few years) and yeah, hot & low water pressure. My parents staying in top most floor of their apartment block now ... like this lor.

This has been on my radar since the first post and decided to wait for something more concrete before I put my dollar. With the scale model available, looks like it got me even more undecided. From color to diff finishings to facilities, etc. Looks like too many points to consider before making a booking. The empty piece of land in front, the future chinese temple ... I know prices wont be the same when officially launched or during VP (for sure). But I feel its "hot" cos other than Vina, nothing else in the vicinity, for now at least.
