Condo appeals to younger families. But these days, old folks also like condo too. Can bring cucu jalan-jalan safely within their condo area ma.

But just thinking for investment, rental surely cannot cover installment & maintenance. If cover 80% also good already. But just worry that Cloudtree will be one of the last to be ready compared to the rest around that vicinity. So the good tenants have many choices lor and makes it tenant's market rather than owner's market la .. thats all Im saying.

So think think think.

Booking fee 3k. Cancellation (regardless of reason) is Rm500 nia ... cheap cheap for Peri-gor.

In addition to booking fee 3k, you need to pay up to 2% of purchase price before you can sign SPA and apply for 90% loan.

After you pay the 2% and sign SPA and get your loan approved, you no need to pay anything until you get the keys to your unit. Then you start pay full monthly installment edi every month ....

Can go to Vina showunit ... its available now at Vina site. Good idea of how dual key concept looks like. But Im not a fan. I feel it cuts down the spaciousness of the entire unit. But to each is own. How knows .. it might be suitable for your lifestyle and you might like it.
