First time see YABaby

Just now on the way to Puncak Jalil, encountered one of those old beetles driven by a young man. He was going quite fast at first in front of me, but when he saw me following him he move aside and let me pass. But after passing him I move to the left lane as well and let him overtake me back.

I then slip back behind him and gave chase, he was game as well and accelerated ahead of me. Despite being a few decades old, that beetle is no slouch in a straight line. Apart from the fact it's bodyrolls like a boat, the driver handles the car quite well on the taman roads and I was grinning all the way while chasing him (coincidentally, listening to Oppa Gangnam Style ). I could also see the interior of the car was quite well maintained/restored, and the tiny pair of tailpipes are....emm...cute

Of course, just like everytime I am having a good time, some d*** decides he wants to cut in front of me unannounce. This time it was, naturally, a silver dugong I reached my exit before I could overtake the dugong bid the beetle gg.

I was having a rather lousy day today, this was a great way to end a day on the road.

Not very fast, 2 lane roads only with other cars, sharp turns, roundabout and the occasional speed bump. If you've ever driven to Puncak Jalil via Pasar Borong Seri Kembangan you will know. There are stretches you can go quite fast, punctuated with the above like taman roads.

I think max around 80-90 kph

I drove about 40 km this afternoon but I can't feel any difference at the moment, no chance to corner hard

Only for SS? FS got? Today just pour Shell Helix Ultra FS that i bought @ Tesco last time in my engine.

Today went for oil change + 3 bond throttle cleaning + ECU reset.

The result is, please see the vacuum and throttle during aircon off @ idle.

I'm not sure whether they did 'reset' my ECU or not, but some how my idle throttle % is changed. I saw the 'reader' they used, inside got option to turn ON/OFF some ECU parameter, such as transmission type (Auto/manual), aircon (ON/OFF) and idle RPM tuning. 1st time when they 'reset' my ECU, my idle stay @ 1.8k and din drop, after that the boss come and accidentally turn my aircon to OFF, then my car switch on aircon without compressor kickin. So i 'believe' they really can 'tune' my ECU parameter.

What i saw they do is step by step, they instruct TB learning, after that initializing, i'm not sure whether is the step of reset or not.

So if throttle at idle has been reduced from 7.5% to 2.7% did you notice any change in idle RPM?

No, RPM still the same. i bet they let TB to relearn the position after air flow sensor is cleaned. Before do that, my throttle position reading after turn off key is around 3-4% something, now drop to 0%. Anyway what they said is after throttle cleaned, ECU need to reset since the air flow meter is now detect more air is flow in, hence more fuel will be injected.

Another thing that i saw today, after they clean my throttle, before ECU reset and air box plug back, my idle RPM is 2.2k.

No Mobil 1 10W50 FS for my engine anymore. Feel damn draggy, although FC is more or less same.

Feel more draggy and FC same becos i need to press it more gently, else more throttle of cos can overcome draggy feel, but more FC.
