 Help! How to lose my lower part?, Any slimming center to recommend???

Currently I am 55kg with standard size, just my lower part, is extremely fat, like a untie have born few of babies~ cry.gif But I am only 21 (still young), I duwan that kind of title sad.gif Anybody or any counselor can recommend me??? Please~

Legs and thighs means go do squats.

And some cardio to help reduce the fats.

55kg's a good size to be trained.

55kg at what height?

anyway if you pinch your hips a little and u cant grab much of your skin, it just means you have wide hips, its genetics, can't do anything about it. If you have big wide legs it usually means fat.

but if you can pinch a lot, meaning its mostly fat cells. To reduce this, you must cut your calories, use a calorie calculator, and then cut necessarily so that it goes below your maintenance calorie (caloric deficit).

Supplement your diet with exercise. Your body chooses where to remove the fat, there's no such thing as spot reduction. This is the only way, or you can go lipo, lol.

For lower part, you have to be active doing cardio exercises.

walking long distance, jogging, cycle etc. One day do exercise by 1 hour (4% of your day) and doing it consistently, you'll lose some weight. All the best smile.gif

That's assume a straight line without any bulge.

you all hav any idea why am i nt feeling sore after i do dumbell lifting, push up until my muscle is fatigue.
it reali dint sore even for the nxt morning..i start to feel that i'm wasting my time trying to slim down my arm.. =(

Trust me, you don't want the soreness that comes afterwards.

If you want to push yourself, go do bench press.

I am quite sure your arms would be sore after that....

yea i know the soreness wont be nice...be it just felt like it doesnt show result..my bf sore after every work out.. bt i dont..only sore for muscle fatique..not after or the day after...i hate big arms.. =(
