Not too sure if you are still interested.
I think exercises are best to make your lower part firm and nice... Do look into my page for tips in exercises... food and etc... Well, i'm also lazy people and dont hit to the gym... Actually there are lots of products selling points are for slimming down in short term..Indeed they may work...but not for long term. Dont know wat to deal with the saggy skin after slim down?
