The S4 currently being released by SME doesn't support LTE, if you want one that supports LTE, the nearest place to Malaysia where you'll get it is in Singapore or if somebody import to Malaysia

The only phone that's supposed to ship with facebook home pre-installed is the HTC First.

To use Facebook Home on the S4, you'll have to download it from the play store, though honestly I don't see why people would want to use that launcher~~~ tried it and it was terrible in my opinion.


On another note, damn the ROM for this phone is damn big, 1.71 gb zip file~~~ good thing I can use my uni's internet to download. Took a good 15 minutes to download instead of what it would have taken me at home XP

Just wanted to share a few pics haha XD

Bought it online straight from SGP's website weeks ago before the S4 was released and they were giving out cheap discount codes haha. The oleophobic coating is good so far, makes the screen easy to wipe clean and doesn't lower image quality though previously, there have been been talks about the coating becoming ineffective after a few weeks on their previous SPs, so to know that, I guess I have to just wait and see.

Other than some minor annoyance, no problems thus far.

NZ only has the i9505 if I'm not mistaken, if you want the i9500, you'll have to buy it in Malaysia.
The i9500 is the international 3G version while the i9505 is the international 4G version. In fact majority of the world got the i9505 and with developers preferring the snapdragon 600 for developing ROMs, you'll see more ROMs for that than the i9500 out there.
If you're going to be in areas covered by 4G most of the time, getting the 4G version could be a good idea. The i9500 is slightly better in terms of processing power but lacks 4G access.
