There are no legal binder btw purchaser & developer coz the only purchaser have it with them is just the booking receipt from the agent. Nowadays i noticed alot of the chicken developer doing something like this. Another thing is this project is just right beside the Army Base Camp, due to the keslamatan Act will the army will agree with the highrise project is still yet to know. I do agree the nice location n attractive pricing for this project, i'm interested too. Will it be risky, just think wisely before act. |
