damn hongleong service. i lost my wise card at 8th august. i request the card replacement on that day. however, until today, i call the cs, they still say that the card is in progress. this month, no hope for me to get 10 percent rebate liao. i only swipe three times this month.

first time using wise card. i pump petrol about rm40 at lunch time but later i received sms saying card debited rm200. so i call hlb for clarification. staff on duty told me the rm200 is as deposit and rm200 will be credited after the petrol station completed the transaction. i was told my subsequent petrol purchase will have this rm200 debited (as deposit) though there will be no more sms notification. 
how come need rm200 as deposit?

My wife activated her WISE card on 21 Nov. From which date the 10 transactions is calculated? Is it from 21 Nov to 20 Dec or 1 Dec to 31 Dec?
