QUOTE(asil66 @ Jun 22 2015, 01:09 AM) " Hisyamuddin Bahari, 40, from Kota Emerald, complained about the area not having Internet and telephone lines. Infra is coming very soon to emerald...heard from a friend who got the insider info..He also asked MPS to keep tabs on contractors providing rubbish collection service, to which Suliman agreed. “I am not able to help regarding Internet and mobile phone services. “Previously residents objected when telecommunication companies wanted to install antenna on buildings to boost their coverage, making it difficult for the companies to expand services. “I suggest the residents start a signature campaign and send it to Telekom Malaysia or the other telecommunication companies, as there is a huge number of people staying here,” he said. " http://www.thestar.com.my/Metro/Community/...-four-agencies/ Do you guys think a signature campaign will work? if we want internet connection when the houses r ready next year, I think we need to do something now. Rather than waiting for Telecommunications companies to come into the area, we can work together with residents at Emerald, BCH, Tasik Puteri, MR1 and start a signature campaign. Any comments on this? |

QUOTE(asil66 @ Jun 25 2015, 01:24 PM) isn't there any supervision for these junior architects? I thought those who chose to become architects would have better judgement in terms of design. If the archi or their pojek manager got bawa otak i dont think the pipe is allowed to install such way unless they box up the pipeAnyway. This is alpine or Birch? |

QUOTE(archs2dio @ Jun 26 2015, 11:05 AM) not even a junior architect, its clerk of work responsible to monitor this scale of project. first, we need to check the construction drawing if the gutter location as per what they installed at site. if not, we can lodge complaint. sometimes, there are term "adjust on site" if the particular trade got problem to be built according to the drawing. but this kind of adjustment also need to be verified by architect. Most of the time COW cari makan only. Correct me if i am wrong. |

QUOTE(asil66 @ Jun 26 2015, 12:52 PM) No way you can get the construction drawing. We don't even know whether the design is from archi or mistake by the plumber. In fact purchasers are not allowed to enter the construction sire without permission to take photo.Hope ms can rectify tbis silly design asap. |

Just to share info. Birch doesn't have rain water pipe in the middle. My friend showed me the photo.
And also the power supply is underground single phase instead of three phase. If not mistaken, show unit (bare unit) shows three phase. |

QUOTE(tboxmy @ Jan 17 2016, 10:19 PM) I am quite certain that 1 phase imply residents wont be using aircond in their home. Single phase 60A can normally cater for 4-5 aircond switched on concurrently, unless you use iron, all water heaters, kettle at the same time. From a non electrician, usually all houses with more than 3HP aircond should use 3 phase for safety. This considers the house will have loads of other electrical stuff running at same time with the aircond. |

QUOTE(veron4best @ Jan 17 2016, 09:50 PM) For the TNB letter, inside wrote is 1 phase wiring. I remembered i have checked the electrical board in the show unit (bare unit) and it indicated 3-phase supply. How come become single phase? Can I request 3 phase wiring now? Or have to wait for key collection only can sendiri buat? |

QUOTE(veron4best @ Jan 19 2016, 02:21 PM) Erm I mean from the TNB form, can we request 3 phase instead of 1 phase? Otherwise, after we sign and pay for everything, after get key and I have to go apply for 3 phase again? Can't we request for 3 phase during this TNB installation? You have to sendiri buat upon VP. If developer is giving you single phase, that means all internal wiring and electrical panel are designed based on single phase, including cable from metering panel to unit, and it cannot change during construction stage. Maybe you can check with sales person and mah sing, see if possible to upgrade now or not if you want to pay more. If can, i also want to do now rather than later. |

QUOTE(gks @ Apr 18 2016, 03:53 PM) Just check your SPA and you shall get your answer. I have checked my spa.. It doesnt include clubhouse. Common facilities doesnt include clubhouse There is a schedule in the SPA where your entitlement of facilities/ services are listed where developer is obliged to deliver it to you. |
