Do you guys think a signature campaign will work? if we want internet connection when the houses r ready next year, I think we need to do something now. Rather than waiting for Telecommunications companies to come into the area, we can work together with residents at Emerald, BCH, Tasik Puteri, MR1 and start a signature campaign.

Any comments on this?

isn't there any supervision for these junior architects? I thought those who chose to become architects would have better judgement in terms of design.

not even a junior architect, its clerk of work responsible to monitor this scale of project. first, we need to check the construction drawing if the gutter location as per what they installed at site. if not, we can lodge complaint. sometimes,  there are term "adjust on site" if the particular trade got problem to be built according to the drawing. but this kind of adjustment also need to be verified by architect.

No point to complain alone. Group more buyers to complain. Count me in if got. Thanks.

I am quite certain that 1 phase imply residents wont be using aircond in their home.

From a non electrician, usually all houses with more than 3HP aircond should use 3 phase for safety. This considers the house will have loads of other electrical stuff running at same time with the aircond.

For the TNB letter, inside wrote is 1 phase wiring.

Can I request 3 phase wiring now? Or have to wait for key collection only can sendiri buat?

Erm I mean from the TNB form, can we request 3 phase instead of 1 phase? Otherwise, after we sign and pay for everything, after get key and I have to go apply for 3 phase again? Can't we request for 3 phase during this TNB installation?

If my memory serves me right, the salesman told me that a portion of the maintenance fee goes to facilities and the rest to clubhouse. Rm180 covers all, no?

There is a schedule in the SPA where your entitlement of facilities/ services are listed where developer is obliged to deliver it to you.
