Wait for next launch and buy

I don't think they will sell up to RM500K. Because Rawang has a lot of new coming projects & too many competitors now.
If the price is too expensive, some people may decide to buy the competitors property due to pricing issue, house size & etc.

In order to compete with competitors, they will priced the house at certain level. Which cannot too high and cannot too low.

After completion selling of ALPINE, the future phase house price may sell up to 500K.

During construction period, the interest amount is not high right? Depending on the completion stage?

According to my SA, the maintenance fee will increase from 180 to 280.

Can anyone let me know the interest amount during construction period for this M2 project?

The price has been increased too fast.

Why MS launch A2 1st instead of A1? A2 should have better demand than A1 because of easy access & better security. The future phase will be priced at RM500K. OMG!!!! Freaking Expensive.

Price now is RM488K + 20K (End Lot)
I don't know should i go for END LOT OR NOT...
