This is the main reason i did not buy this or invest in Rawang area. predicted this happend
Then i divert to south KL (Kajang/Semenyig) Area as infrastructure is much more better than Rawang

basically, i've planned to get a unit in R2 for weekend home due to infra upgrade in progress (was positive sign at that time).
I think was 4 to 5 years back , if not mistaken.
after few months down the road, the infrastructure upgrade not in progress or not moving, then i decided drop off this.
