Many rawang lang cabut keluar....wondering y still got people buy?

You may go to segi fresh bandar tasik puteri & Chinese ,malay  and indian sundry shop...5 min away...bandar country home wet market...5 min away or nsk 10 to 15 min away.....or you may also have long ride to tesco or rawang giant 15 min away or puncak alam Tesco 15 min away .I m surprised a lot of people did not explore....country home have all the eatery, food court,bank,clinics,school...Chinese school in emerald....abit further to kuala Selangor can enjoy see food seaside food..45 min away...please ask rawang people to know more.

I think depend on which phase u staying. I have digi, celcom and maxis line. The fastest is maxis around 30mbps, celcom and digi less than 10mbps. Sometimes digi speed can drop to 2mbps especially from 8pm-12am. Very unstabil and not advisable. Maxis is the most stabil maintaining 25mbps-30mbps.

Curious that I only used 15min to Rawang toll but someone need 20min to Aeon to catch a movie.

MR2 i think still okay.... the BTP there is worse case.... lowyat seems like take on alot of overgeared buyer onto their project....

landed quite alot of units kena auctioned in rawang....

when i first consider rawang... the first project i cross off is BTP... haha... the only good thing about the developer is that they provide the new interchange... but the overall concept are just a bunch of landed with no F&G provided like those older taman in the cities... alot of things have to settle sendiri....

Those projects by lowyat group in btp Garden Heights, Arcacia Park is not gated and guarded???

The developer may have contracted with another company. Tm couldn't or would not get involve until contract expired. Resident could use mobile data service instead.

how can a BASIC copper (telephone line) not provided ! Are we living in isolation!    
do they expect evey single house to get contractor to lay telephone line or fiber line from external TMNet's exchange box !     

what happen the road in front of saujana rawang? the one lane road so badly maintain and very hard to drive on... from MR 2 to jusco over the weekend seems like not that zero hassle anymore... or there are other way to jusco from MR2?
