actually you ask anywhere in LYN... there will be alot of divided opinions... sometimes it may cause you to be more headache than before... haha....

comparably... BSC and elmina lack of commercial activities compared to M residence 2... but elmina and BSC nearer to KL via guthrie or via non toll road jalan kuala selangor-kepong... and for msian buyers... alot emphasize on freehold if u going to pay million for a house... lol

M residence 2 launched at the tail-end of property bull-run... alot buyers thought wanna buy one landed unit to flip just like how those gurus make money from property... mana tau tak ada orang wanna buy from them.. and they not ready to pay the full installment... let it go lelong and blacklist aje....

yea its easier to stay at rawang/sg buloh etc if your work will be near PJ areas.... from southern side will be quite challenging to travel.... from rawang to PJ i think if lucky... normal peak should be 45 mins.... heavy peak maybe 1 and half hour per way
