Value appreciation is not instantaneous.. you still need wait if you're investor...moreover lowyat development lack of quality and they are now banking on some commercial and amenities to boost that area. If you looking forward to stay in there will be good cos easy access to latar and multiple route to kl compared to other landed surrounding in the area which have poor road and too dark.
