How is the lake there? Curious to know how Mahsing upgrade works on the lake there. Surely will benefit MR2 residemce and ppls nearby.

Lowyat is suck...if not, this part of rawang would be boomed long long time. The interchange to latar...is like forever so near yet so far.

thats very common guys....defect work period. ur key with developer...surely all these ll happen especially defect workers everywhere..chills guy. every projs i have gone through...were same. most importantly dont keep any valuable things till u finish ur defect n install ur grille n put on ur own locks etc.

Rawang landed launched at 400k 4yrs back considered cheap..thats before the crazy influx of affordable housing run.....after few yeara and all more affordable products available to choose...many may like to be closer to city than looking for landed in the place like semonyet and rawang.

This MR2 is still waiting for the club house to cmplete? How is the lake nearby? Below rm300k is dirt cheap. Few friends managed to get out for 15pc profit which is the standard for thr market nowadays.

Not many properties can give u more 15-20pc profit nowadays if the proj was launched yr 2013-2014. Those 30-50pc return are gone. Investor needs to wake up and realistic.

Prop investment now comes with many prop tycoon wannabe thanks to all the property guru..it is time for the mkt to flush all these ppls out. It happened in many projects whether good or bad proj. Many of them did the multiple loan submission together in many projs..if one proj kabut cannot rent fast or flip the other good proj they cannot hold too..so it ll burn everywhere regardless.
