Dist from Rawang toll to Jln Duta toll = dist from Bkt. Jelutong toll to Jln Duta toll.
To me, it's not that far......but also not very near la. At least still acceptable biggrin.gif

If you exit Sg. Buloh, dist from Rawang toll is the same dist from Subang toll.....both also 12 km

It normally works this way.....but some banks do allow to start installment slightly earlier, even without full disbursement.
Better check with your own bank

Yup, doing small development is something like hit and run. Good for financial wise with fast return. But will not generate reputation.

Look at Perdana Parkcity, only build 1 good township then enough.
