HI Everyone... I just had a nightmare with Vonza, the director Lucy is totally not profesional, really sounds like auntie selling things at market... I ordered 5k sofa in Home Decor 1.5 years ago (full payment via credit card!), not only the sofa was delivered wrongly, we ordered for 2+1+1 + side sofa, it came 2+2+side, and the sofa has 1 stretch line, visible if you look carefully.... the FOC table, which is one of the reason we bought this set, is suppose to be a cheerful and colorful steel stable and it is robust... they simply replace it with a coffee table that i dislike... After they took back one of the 2 seater (that is suppose to be 1+1), no updates whatsoever when i can get my complete set.. i keep calling and following up, until i got so pissed off and asked to talk to their manager, and i was referred to Lucy...This is in June or early July..
Lucy admitted that she does not know which coffee table that i was offered during the fair since it is not stated in the receipt, I asked her to check back the record what they displayed at the Home Decor fair.. it took her weeks until she figure out which set, but told me that model was obsolete... By then, i already start researching over the net to find any complaints for Vonza, and i was skeptical of accepting a replacement (she offered to give better one), since i read their coffee table is of poor quality... I asked for a refund of RM500, which she refuse to give, and in the end, after many weeks of delay, she said she found and can deliver the coffee table that i want.. but no call to updates when delivery will be made.. last week we finally receive the call... Today, she delivered my sofa set by sending over the 2+1+1, but the color is slightly different than the one delivered to us earlier, my husband decided not to pursue further because today is already Oct... they did not send me the coffee table i want, but looking at the quality, my husband feel that the one they sent is acceptable, so he doesn't want to complaint further, he just want to end this nightmare.. Guess what? Just now the foreigner worker called up and tell us they send the wrong table to us, and wants to collect the table, i am swearing and my better tempered husband, got so pissed off and called Lucy... She does not even sound apologetic, in fact she is yelling to her workers while my husband is still on the line... she has a very irritating habit of not addressing the issue with solution and follow up, and just hang up! GUYS! Dont buy anything from Vonza.. I am not giving back the table, either she gave me full refund and i return whole set, otherwise, I am holding to this table... I dont want to hear any other proposal from Vonza again! |

they called, want to take back the coffee table start to sound like begging but the sound not sincere at all! Lucy (the old lady that call) threaten to make police report and i dare her to go ahead, see you in court!
