sorry i meant the size of the smallest unit is 800 square feet onwards, unlikely they will build any more tiny shoebox at tht area again...

could be correct too, this project comes with a nice natural lake + park... And maybe will be a bridge connected to opposite shopping mall! Very excited about all these ideas...

wow... a true test for pigeon holes in DP.. what are the other dev which are pigeon hole dominance in DP? Empire City, Neo Damansara, Altium?

i think the price wont cheap at all now.. should be > RM 650 sq ft. but the area is very good..a lot green except the Flora Damansara very close to it.. sad.gif
