According to the developer's style so far, most probably soho n studios....but IMHO, damansara perdana has more than enough shoebox units, its getting annoying to have more there

bo bian.. when developers say in the media that they gonna build affordable houses, maybe this is what they meant.. lolzz..

Yes I heard about this too from sources close to developer. One more keng info is they are planning to build a platform 'on top' of LDP linking current EC and new EC accross LDP and had gotten greenlight from council, time will tell how true is this info.

If not mistaken remix has undergrd carpark rite? It takes longer time to build it. Once undergrd done then it ll b very quick liao. I blif the damen is goin thru the same thg. They took 1 yr to complete the undergrd carpark.

subsale n rental going slow, asking price around 20% higher than launch price, so unrealized paper gain is 20%, assuming 250k purchase price and rental around 1300 (for easy calculation) rental yield around 5% -6% (if can rent out)
