hello guys i'm 17 years old and am having a 3 months holiday before getting start with my college life. My height is approximately 185-187cm and my weight is 63-64 kg I looked very skinny Hoping anyone out there can give me some gym advice in order to make me more "thicker" like..what supplements i should have My aim is not having a six pack..I just aim to look better.

Thanks for ur reply I will probably go to gym and find a gym coach to arrange exercise based on my body capability

I'm around your height and age too, just that my weight is +20kg.  eat moar mayn. if possible, add 1 or 2 meals to your existing diet.  rest just read the stickies.

What u usually eat for ur meals? mind to list out pls? I'd never been to gym before..just went swimming! guess it's time for me to work out!
