I do agree with some lyner here, work 1st at least a year or two before considering master, it will be better for urself.

Here is some info from my personal experience.

Basically there are 2 types of Master. Coursework vs Research.

For coursework,
U can enter if u have the $ to enter, or you could apply for scholarship, be it Uni based scholarship or Nationwide scholarship. Its just like applying a degree, as long as you passed your degree, u'll get into coursework master (generally, but not alwaz the case depending on course as well). Just fill in the form from the Uni u wish to apply for during any education fair etc.

For research,
Either u have a 1st class honours or 2nd upper with working experience. Even before u apply, u need to contact ur pontential respective school, for your case IT, talk to any professor, and suggest an idea, prepare your proposal. If any professor wish to take you as thier student, then u write in to apply using certain form, with the recommendation from the professor. For aussie (Applies for 1st class only), there is one scholarship, called Internationa Postgrad Research Scholarship (IPRS), u can apply for that, but it will be hard as u will be competing with students around the world, those top class student. Approx 300 scholarship will be offered to all Unis in aussie, ending up one unis can give only approx 3 to 7 scholarship A YEAR.

FYI, IT related Research by Master is about AUD20k++ a year for tuition fees only.
