Normal users don't know and don't care lo.

None of my friends and colleagues know what is the version running on it and never care much.

In general,  slow updates do affecting certain portion of users that care of updates,  but it won't be big issue as general.

As for extreme users,  more important was XDA support.

Depends on which phone model. Some if the phone model is cool and not hot in market then the Custom ROM is less and might no developer develop it.

See like SGS 2 the custom ROM is like tons.

For HTC see HTC Desire HD the custom ROM also tons.

Is depends de can`t make a overall big conclusion for that.

Like S3 and HOX the custom ROM also alot. FOr me i see Samsung Galaxy S got good kernal developer ( Siyah ) sometimes their developer some sort like better than HTC dev on XDA but imma not sore sure la just my 2 or 6 sense.

Because Beats = crap.
I'm not even pulling out of my ass here. Anyone who buys a product because of Beats is IMHO, has been swallowed blind by the marketting.

Beats on the One (as well as every previous HTC phones) is nothing more than a glorified EQ. That's it! Just that simple, just one glorified EQ.

And yes it's a personal thing, I'd polish the Beats branding off but it would make an impact on how the alluminium shell look.

It's headphones are horribly overpriced, with ridiculously crap sound quality. On a phone? Like I said, it's nothing more than a glorified EQ.

I'd obviously not use it at all, but it's just a personal caveat that it has the branding on the phone. In my eyes at least, it just made the phone look like a "yo! me too man! Beats is beast!".

Other than that, I love the HTC One.

Warranty only cover manufacturer's fault like defects etc.

Warranty doesn't cover user's fault like accidentally drop and crack the phone screen. Which is common accident among smartphone user. RM2299 burn as the ONE is unrepairable

From the Exif, it do showing taken with HTC One.

If you do have some knowledge in camera then you will know its is possible to take those kind of picture.

If manual adjust with correct iso + brightness + contrast + sharpness i believe it can take up to those kind of nice picture.

I do not know where did you get the idea that the HTC One is unrepairable. Just because one website found it hard to disassemble, does not instantly make the said phone unrepairable!!! You think maybe, just maybe those guys got it wrong? Coz I have evidence about people disassembling the phone successfully on other websites without such huge hassles or troubles.

So please, give it a rest to the topic about the HTC One being irrepairable!!! It's a misconception people.

You can still sent to service center for repair/change BUT it will either cost you a bomb OR much longer repairing period due to its difficulty

Haha I'm a camera noob. I took the wallie off Google image search anw.  If that's the case the Ultrapixel can really do wonders for my eyes.
