technically if ur phone warranty period is over, then game over coz the phone is unrepairable.

Warranty only cover manufacturer's fault like defects etc.

Warranty doesn't cover user's fault like accidentally drop and crack the phone screen. Which is common accident among smartphone user. RM2299 burn as the ONE is unrepairable

I do not know where did you get the idea that the HTC One is unrepairable. Just because one website found it hard to disassemble, does not instantly make the said phone unrepairable!!! You think maybe, just maybe those guys got it wrong? Coz I have evidence about people disassembling the phone successfully on other websites without such huge hassles or troubles.

So please, give it a rest to the topic about the HTC One being irrepairable!!! It's a misconception people.

I don't care on beats. Beats was same company "Monster" that release over hype of luxury HDMI cable.

But having it never a cons also,  it still serve well than normal, lucky that logo still look simply nice.

So with or without never a problem to me, also HTC already well build beats as  one of the company product image,  HTC will and shall keep it for the moment than taken it out.

HTC One X actually had a kinda terrible battery. so not a great track record there for HTC flagships. however, after watching plenty of reviews for htc one, alot of them said that the battery is pretty good.

now that my Note 1 just got updated to JB, the urge for me to update isnt as great as it was when my note was stuck on ICS. we'll see how it goes when HTC One comes out. any ideas when?

Yeah..sadly it's missing. Probably he went too deep into the others and didn't have the time to go thru the audio, since there's already plenty of audio quality tests around, although not that detailed.

Again wrong, despite the dac, samsung tend to bog down the hardware. The dac is nothing but a piece of useless IC on the pcb without mods. We're talking about stock here because 90% consumers stay on stock.

While qualcomm devices has a good dac but not on par with a full power wolfson, with alsa drivers n such qualcomm's dac can be better.

But right now, qualcomm's dac is leagues ahead of samsung's wolfson.
Did i mention the one has a dedicated amp?

one x is running tegra 3, it's a crap unknown realtek dac

Anyway, before I bore you to death with my ramblings on how it sounds, I can say with very high confidence that the Tegra 3 version of the One X has noticeably inferior audio compared to the One S or XL

Thats probably because HTC had the sales figures from the one x and one s at this point last year. This year, they haven't sold shit yet
