wow...all share kena goreng up
stay by the sideline?

I plan to queue at 0.30/0.31 for MKLand this morning, but now goreng till 0.335.

A lot of people got trapped at sideline.. that's why you see the frenzy buying..

All the pent up money waiting for big crash which did not happen...

But why u continue to sell your "so called " undervalued stocks........

Do not make sense to me......

Can u really see Bird Flu during the election , or co incidentally

Do not forget the shark factor in the market

Apa ini RM 600 mil??!!?!? Can build a lot of public infrastructure already... the price seems grossly inflated.

Don't know hor.. those value stocks after rise in price not so undervalue anymore... so sell loh.

Then rotate money find even lower value ones...

But if undervalued stocks move , really can move big time one.

Last year , there was Takaful, this year could be UEM , Diamond etc .

If u odeli wait for 5 years , then to harvest only 30% gain, could be a waste liao.

Not saying u are wrong, and I am right anyway.

So whats the news on Daiman? Just theme play or something more in the works.

Today was surprised it gap up in the opening price compared to yesterday's closing. Now 1st half already above RM2.70.

i cash out six motnh ago waiting for big crash....it din happen at all
one day will come

I can think of is,

- Still undervalued
- High cash flow
- Potential of revaluation
- Potential of giving special divvy (wah!)
- Potential of M&A target
- Iskandar theme play (cheapest one)
- Media/Catalyst sees it, FINALLYYY

For people thinking about crash, what is your expectation? KLCI 1680 to 1200 in a couple of days? 100 point drop? Or a gradual fall like -10 points a day for the whole year?

That's about 8-10% discount from peak.

Sometimes you wish it goes up, it drops.
Sometimes you wish it goes down, it goes up.

So best approach is 50:50. 50% in stock, 50% holding cash.

But I am towards 90% stock now la.

Hehe not asking for 70 sens, if qtr 4 Daiman gives 20 sens, then wet dream liao.

Honestly, I am one of it. Prediction? Ermm no prediction at all. See the price I like, buy lo. See the price I love, buy a lot lo. Impossible can predict one.

Yeah even if I am on 35% cash now, but can't really think of letting all the stocks go because I don't think we will see a big crash. A correction or a flash crash but it will recover.

Ii is quite wrong to assume those co taking loans, cannot keep cash and pay good dividends as well.

Digi is always distributing good dividends from their cash account, meanwhile taking loans for their capex.

YTL Power was another, but Wimax could not generate enough good cash flow.

It is how well they manage their free cash flow counts.

I could be wrong anyway.

Part of the RM 8 billion project 'tendered' out yesterday... for 'public' facilities in cyberjaya...

I always though caretaker government cannot sign project one...

Wonder which construction company got the project ha...
