use OWE, if u r a cheap monk.... (... i m using OWE), stack double resist (AR+1 more resist of your choice) in a few gears... i think 500 resist should be enough for MP5...

otherwise... get AR in as many gear as possible!!!! this is a better way since u will free up 1 passive slot...

Just to echo cow advise, no matter if you got 1K AR, monk are NOT meant to face tank everything, unlike barbie. So, reposition yourself rather then sitting on top of plague, desecrate and arcane.

I just started to play monk....a lot to learn. my AR only 275 LOL... But uncertain which item to upgrade. Can give some enlightenment.? Using full set Inna...recommendable?

full inna set really hard to balance AR and Vit, especially pant and belt. Vit no AR / AR no Vit.

if limited budget, i would suggest inna pant (AR / Vit) + helm (AR + Vit + armor) bonus 130 dex;
and blackthrone chest (dex + vit + armor + ar) and belt (dex + vit + ar + armor) bonus 100 vit;
this combination should increase a lot of survivability if pair with right amount of LS/LOH.

btw fellow monks, patch 1.0.8 is here, guiding light buff 20%

You need like at least 300k DPS.

Now i'm curious. Do we have a 300k DPS monk here? I know is going to be expensive but how expensive would it be?

What i'm saying is say a 300k DPS CM wiz, i know the price and same goes for a 400k DPS DH. But what about Monks? 10b enough?
