how to boost monk AR.? It seems so weak that often die. mp5 with 110kdps.. HELP!

I just started to play monk....a lot to learn. my AR only 275 LOL... But uncertain which item to upgrade. Can give some enlightenment.? Using full set Inna...recommendable?
