roughly how much lifesteal% is needed? only MH or both MH and OH must have 3% life steal?

best in slot for shoulder, bracer, amulet & gloves are definitely come from crafting.
when push to 200k dps, i would say both hands to have total 5% life steal should be sufficient. 3% maybe when you have 300k dps.
also, nowadays i see monk use skorn / echoing fury + rare or butcher sickle can farm comfortable at higher mp.

i see that few combination.

two rares better choice or not? with base dps like 1.1k ish, with LS, socket, CD, and maybe dex.

personally, i would prefer both rares because i don't like the fear effect from EF. But somehow EF +0.25 attack speed are tempting too. XD

with sufficient LS, can ditch a bit of attack speed ?

it's depend on your build.
if main attack is cookies cutter, attack speed & cc ftw;
if main attack is bell, then cc & cd are much more important than attack speed.

welcome back step, yes both rare sword ias, LS, OS also can for my opinion below 200k dps 5.5%LS sufficient high mp lvl minimum, main point is ur IAS try to push if u can is 2.40%,if low IAS means below 2.30%,u need more then 5.5%LS they. ...then can feel survive com4table. ...

just to confirm something here, Bell damage purely calculated from MH weapon ONLY correct? Or does it take into account the paper DPS as well?

check with d3up, when i remove IAS from my glove, the overall pDPS goes down (expected) and surprisingly EW Bell damage goes down as well. Anyone know how Bell damage are calculated?

I know the community already come to a conclusion that for Bell build, Dex/Avg DMG/ChC/ChD is the stat to max for. I was thinking of including IAS into the mix to reach 1.3 APS if anyone wondering

Skorn user DO need a little bit of IAS to generate the necessary spirit to dump into Bell. When I use IAS Shrine, and my APS goes to 1.40++, the spirit generated from FoT feel much better and I can spam EW more "flawlessly". Perhaps I will try with cheap Mempos/Andariel and Witching to try and simulate the IAS shrine and see how it goes

use skorn need how much of APS?

There are two ways of using Skorn.

1. In a TR-based you would want your APS to be as slow possible so that you won't run out of spirit (10spirit x your APS), unless you can have +ve spirit regen (example 1.3APS skorn will need 13Spirit, if you can have 14SR then fair enough)
2. In a WoL bell build you want your skorn to have as much APS as possible.
