What I usually do is, FoT-> DR-> WOTHF..my set up is LMB, No 1 and 2.
Ideally you should FoT-->WOTHF-> DR, the 3 stack 5% ASI will make the DR faster, but I am so used to my set up I don't bother.

Once I get the full buff, I ue FoT only as I use a WKL, once I see the BF icon gone I will refresh it and hit DR once, and FoT all the way.

DR-18% for 30 sec, is not an issue as you are bound to refresh the DR during 30 sec, as you want tot keep the +8% from combo strike.

waklu don't worry too much on the DR-foresight buff, s 30 sec is a long time. During 30 sec, you just have to refresh DR once, and it resets...not that hard to do. By the way, DR is like a range attack for monks...useful against those damn trees and Maghda (when she hides in the stairs corner)

Only works if the final blow is delivered by the monk holding the sever. Hence the set up must be preferably 1CS monk with sever, 1 EP monk with sever, 1 CM wiz and 1DH- m4D-GR.

Ya...I will DR like once every 3-5 secs so..30 sec is actually really long. Have to keep DR to get the full benefits of combo +8%. On the issue of icon..well GL also got no icon...so I just keep spamming MOH. You cant see the buff but heck..you will now it is there....cuse mobs just melts when you have MoC +GL cause that's 48% buff chor. Add 18% from DR, 15% ASI from WOTHF and also 24% from combo strike...the monk with 200k dps can easily double the paper DPS. The final kicker...is once you get full buffed...hit blind..and your dps will sky rocket for 3 sec only. I managed to hit 740k DPS once with a frenzied shrine...with a WKL to boot...lol
