Using emerald now. The life sustain it provide is way better compare to ruby(in my case).

Since the emerald push my CDMG higher, every crit provide higher damage thus higher healing.

whats your rotation for 3 gen combination strike? The foresight rune is the most mafan one IMO. Since it doesnt have the dmg buff as blazing fist.

My rotation for 2 gen
1. RMB fot in
2. tap button 1 for BF proc
3. hit Overawe
4. in 3 sec, tap once for BF and Overawe
5. Rotate all all of the above
6. profit hehe

1. Fot in
2. foresight 3-4 times (just click click click click)
3. bf bf bf bf bf (not calling your boy friend)
4. fot
5. bf when when the icon dropped

in between just Overawe when you have spirit.
The foresight will stay as long as you hit something with FoT/bf/FS

What I usually do is, FoT-> DR-> WOTHF..my set up is LMB, No 1 and 2.
Ideally you should FoT-->WOTHF-> DR, the 3 stack 5% ASI will make the DR faster, but I am so used to my set up I don't bother.

Once I get the full buff, I ue FoT only as I use a WKL, once I see the BF icon gone I will refresh it and hit DR once, and FoT all the way.

DR-18% for 30 sec, is not an issue as you are bound to refresh the DR during 30 sec, as you want tot keep the +8% from combo strike.
