Hello folks, I've been following this thread for the past 3 versions. I must say that all of you are a group of interesting
people becoz we share the same interest - LEGO.

I have to admit following this thread is very 'poisonous' indeed. Heart rate increases when seeing those spams/MOC

But what amazes me the most is your willingness to share your knowledge, related experience, CS and showing your impressive collections respectively. Keep it up.

One thing for sure is I cannot keep up with your almost bottomless funds to bankroll your hobby.... Another amazing stuff!

This is my small collection from childhood days including my first LEGO - 1978 Police Patrol car. Took me 6 months to find most of the missing items from BL to reconstruct the CITY theme.

My next project is to restore the old LEGO Space.

Hi and welcome to the community! smile.gif

Although I only just joined this forum a little over two weeks, I can see it is really starting to pick up the pace judging from the rate we're raking up the post counts and the number of new members joining the fore. I must say the selflessness of the key members here echoed by your observations are the main factor for this success. If we keep this up this forum will hopefully one day rise to prominence and become THE Lego community in Malaysia just like how PhotoMalaysia is for the photography community. rclxms.gif

Lego is what bring us together and unite us! We have to support each other otherwise we'll go broke and our spouses divorce us! rclxub.gif

Love your space collection! I envy those baseplates of yours! I wasn't so fortunate to be able to have those during my childhood days... Only get to drool over the Lego catalog I picked up from Metrojaya... You've inspired me to dig up my old space collection! When I return from my trip I will spam some photos!

It has 883 pieces. I got it at RM400 from Lego_Jason.  I will post a photo once it's completed.  rclxm9.gif

I wonder if anyone else in this forum is interested in the Grand Carousel. I went and look for the price in Brickset very expensive ya. Putting this in my wishlist.

By the time I managed to collect the moolah maybe price will increase again ha ha!
*
I fell in love with the Grand Carousel too and I missed the set that my supplier had! It was only around RM1500 back then... doh.gif It will be in my MOC project list. I am thinking of using Power Function to power it and disguise the motor better than what they did in the original set....

Guys, i wonder does minifig value appreciate or not just like sets.

I mean for this minifigure.. They got redesign in 2012. Much more better then the old minifig.. But i doubt the old minifig will appreciate since the latest redesign minifig is much more detail.

Unlike the set, like modular.. After eol, the price shoot like rocket

Sometimes i think im too obsess hunting for minifig.. Like the jango fett, alfred or nightwing minifig. All cost more than rm100 each. I wonder what happen to them once lego redesign them. Promotional/exclusive polybag like the hulk, shirless darth maul or white boba fett tu lain la..
