actually... our pos malaysia is short of staff... got one idiot desk person making a so called survey said the current staff is sufficient to support the pickup and sending while the staff at the send/pickup area really not enough... and the same person will also be the one to handle the sorting item for area and such... so you call also no one will bother to entertain because they might be out to send/pick up parcel

Strange problem that you have there... So far all my past experiences with Pos Laju at KLIA has been great. Only thing I can't control is how many times they want to charge me for custom clearance... Eg. They can charge me custom clearance 8 times for all my 8 parcels or one time only as a big lot.... Every lot the processing fee is RM49.80 plus another I don't know how much because the value is above RM1000 or something like that... I received the letters this morning, filled it up and faxed to them. Within 30mins I get a call from Pos Laju KLIA asking me to fax them the invoice. Yes it is a very small office they work in but I have to say they are pretty efficient. (I was there once to clear customs myself long ago...) Yeah and the phone sometimes is very frustrating, keeps rininging but nobody picks up. Bro your shipment also processed at Pos Laju KLIA?
