Honestly, if you get any property at OKR, you still need to make u-turn. Either you need make the u-turn when u go to work or after you go to work. Scott Garden, Avantas, Seputeh 9, etc would be the same.

If I one to get a new under construction property at OKR, I would rather go for Southbank Residence by UOA. At least it is a freehold project and the traffic will be better compare to 9 Seputeh.
