My home wifi P1 miserable 2-3000kbps only vs 3000-8000kbps on my phone Maxis. ROM download easily 2-3 gb
If too much ask your dad change to lower plan n save some money if saving money is important
You are still a student n probably you don't need to use much internet services probably only FB or tweeter beside browsing. Working people had at times replace their notebook with phones sharing data files , downloading files from business servers, videos download. When I was working I easily use 10gb a month on video n images sharing with my overseas buyers in stuffs related to our business

Don't waste your money. I paid RM 99 fro the 20000mAh which I doubt its capacity. Its battery lifespan is even shorter ( i guess estimate is at least 2 times worse than my other Yoobao 11200mAh) and charging time much longer too
Buy cheap and get cheap unproven quality

I wont be happy with mere 5 hours SOT. Mine on 3g 80% of time n mainly on internet apps easily i can have 7-8 hours SOT. If I choose wifi it will be 9-10 hours SOT. Achievable even on stock rom n stock kernel.

Downloaded DualNote romv10 few days ago while in KL using hotel wifi ( very fast ) - just took me under an hour. Was on it past 2 days - I did not select the AOSP stuffs only the black theme. I did a dirty install on top of Monx rom ( only wiping caches) and everything was perfect with zero FC issues.
Rom has been very stable and did not notice any critical bugs yet. One main advantage over Monx rom, my favorite calendar widget ( Business calendar ) works perfectly well with it unlike in Monx v12r01 the data fail to display in the widget window
Battery life is excellent , similar to Monx
Just noticed it is now at 10.1 - not going to update it as changes really minor and those changes does not affect my usage
Upgraded the modem from DLK7 to DMB1 , the modem.bin file I extracted it from Monx rom
