This just blew my mind.

This is what I notice after compare my SME Note 2 vs a frend AP Note 2.. the difference I can notice was Samsung sticker, got 2 sticker & c/w 2 color (Blue & Grey). My SME unit samsung "BLUE" sticker stamp at phone it self & "GREY" stamp at battery. My frend AP unit the other way where "BLUE" sticker stamp at battery & "GREY" stamp at phone.

actually when i buy the ori phone,hw cn i verify whtehr my phone is really ori or AP apart from looking at stickers?hw cn i knw whether the phone is a really new first-hand phone?becoz im afraid some sellers might give some second hand phones sold by ppl a few mths after using.sry to ask these ques becoz im nt well-verse in gadjets

They take in volume, and if they sell as samsung rrp, who will buy from normal shops?

Make sure the unit is sealed and upon paying , only unsealed it to check if there's any damages . If u r really worry , walk into any SEP stores and buy ar RRP1999 . Confirm wouldn't be AP and used .

If you really so scared, What you can do is:
1) buy from samsung store
2) if buy from normal store, you can ask if they sell sealed box (blue coloured sticker where you can see "void" words when the tearing the sticker
3) buy from reputable Sellers

Yes, reputable.

I 100% agree...

For No.2 YES, ask for "New In Sealed Box" coz even open with very carefully still can leave some mark on the box. Do not ever took display unit one.

For No. 3 Mostly Reputable Sellers never dare to gamble their reputation just for couple's of hundred ringgit & some even show/guide us the nearest Samsung Store.

Hopefully you can pay a visit to 1Gadget than ask the seller the diff between SME Vs AP unit coz they got above unit. We also hope & very appreciate if you could put/give some info/feedback about it later here based your own experience...

14 days more and my warranty for accessories will be over. I better be quick to replace my spoilt adapter.

SME set but only has 6 months of accessories warranty.

Time flies already used Note II for nearly 6 months.

Above unit, I mean they got SME & AP unit in their store & if I not mistaken N7105 LTE unit also they got. You can hold it at the same time (SME & AP unit) so you check any diff between this 2 unit. If your are lucky, you also have a chance to hold & look N7105 LTE version as well.

Uhm one support 4g and the other does not obviously.

4G LTE browse internet faster or download files quicker (100mbps) than 3G (HSPA- HSDPA or HSUPA) & 4G (HSPA+). I'm not very sure our telco provider (maxis,digi,Celcom) use what type of technologies for their 4G LTE coz as I know 4G is a generation cellular technology & LTE it self a cellular technology.

I'm also not familiar about cellular tech so I can not commend much about it. What I can said, 4G should completely new set of cellular tech where it should surpass the older 3G tech capabilities.

Hello guys... can i know where the samsung service center? Is it in lowyat plaza or times square?

Car mode always appears and draining all the battery. Ive search the net about this problem and all they say the micro usb port is faulty and need to be repaired.

Is there anyone have or experienced with this problem?
