no activity on the petrol station site yet, hoping in 1 year it will be operational with F&B and ATM, a post office would be good too.

for the shoplots, it's a good time for players like 7-11 and 99 Speedmart to come in. at least 4 new condos nearby, Verdana 298 units, Royalle 148 units, Scenaria 981 units, Anjali 395 units: total 1,822 units is plenty for a convenience store.

Lucky unit C-8-2, it's the one with window frames, master bathroom fixtures and plaster ceiling (need to zoom in). I think they're testing paint too, the grey is almost black.

Block C still WIP at L27 but the yellow metal scaffolding are progressing upwards (interior works?). Block D progressed a lot, now finishing L26.

More workers seen at Blocks A & B, and Villas. Now we slow slow wait for drone shots

Anjali is more suitable for own stay rather than short term investment, as can be seen from the location, unit sizes, layout plan, facilities and finally the lower price compared to new projects elsewhere with similar concept.

There are already big changes since Anjali launched. The completion of Scenaria, the refurbishment and sale of Royalle, the huge Petron station under construction now, upgrade of IWK Sri Sinar, DUKE extension, new road from Scenaria front gate to Desa Park City and the improved access road by Tago which will be resurfaced after Anjali is completed. Over time there should be more development on the squatter land and road improvements by DBKL but that is happening very slowly...because it's DBKL...

hmm... need to wait n c....too early to judge both before CCC.

I think mine Type A is two of the last units left due to others loan rejection. Meaning I signed quite late.
And Tago also didn't email me asking the furnishings I prefer for the kitchen cabinets, I emailed them myself after reading fellow future neighbors post. Guess they not planning to install Block A cabinets yet.

Having  spoke to developer late last month.. they seem to be pretty sure that the project progress is on as planned and are expecting VP come late August/September.
Sales team plans to release reno packages this  April
