This owner of concerto damn funny, kudos to him able to honestly bash his own investment. (I meant he has great sense of humour.)

I feel
Tago and BCB quite different in their principles. Tago group is young, vibrant, techno savvy, simply focused and aesthetically tasteful. They use drone to record construction progress. Anjali show gallery has one of the best contemporary ID I've seen. They have only one project going on at present. Their boss and agents are secure enough they don't pose as someone in the forum to boost sales tongue.gif

Just sharing
I was asking developer if car parks is negotiable. It is pre-allocated according to block and unit level.
Level LG, UG, 1A, 2A, 3A for block B, C , F
Level G, 1, 2, 3 for block A, D, E
Entry levels are G and LG
From SPA car park plan there's no direct entry to each level like Concerto, so I think it will be quite a long winding drive to car park

Ya, NK thread says so, they officially stopped the project due to poor sales?

My friend visited Anjali sales gallery today, SA told them there's is an option to bring down bedroom two wall of type A as like showroom, is it true? Then Brazo can save some Reno cost dy.

Happy Chinese New Year!
Anyone in KL going to Anjali CNY gathering?

Great news.
Tago planning a renovation package for us, details later this year.
Don't mind spending a little more if the workmanship is good, and saves some hassle.

It's an opportunity to do something special.

But doing nothing is not an option anymore.

Their list of projects is modest, Tago Industrial Park, Kepong which is around 50 acres large, and Aman Bali, Jalan Ipoh (boutique project, 6 bungalows, G+G).

http://www.tago.com.my/project-aman-bali.php?active=v3

Anjali is their first condominium project and my understanding is Tago recruited a main contractor with high-rise experience, so main con is effectively in-house which I think is a great idea instead of depending on outsider party.

Anjali main contractor is Angsana Setia, which is subsidiary company of Tago, right? So I suppose quality control is there.

Angsana Setia has other high rise experience? Google cannot find.

But I feel Tago wanna built a reputation for himself, everything they've done so far is "thumbs up".

Anjali is the first development for Angsana Setia, a subsidiary of Tago. Main contractor is called Thrive Build and I was told it is the same people who built Empire Subang.
