9) Naza KL Metropolis with MITEC hall, lots of mix dev & potential MRT3 station
10) UOA United Point new Mall with KTM station under construction

As for squatters land next to SMK Segambut Jaya, that is freehold land with a lot of potential. Hopefully future developer continue Anjali concept of 300-400 family sized units suitable for own stay that is reasonably priced without premium of high end address. Finger crossed.
