To me lots of transformation happened around in 2km since 2014 launch that provide more convenience and increase standard of living for the Anjali location. Buyers should be happy with these because most did not exist in 2014.
1) DUKE2 extension from Sri Damansara completed with exit for Sri Sinar
2) Road below DUKE2 to Kepong being repaired, very wide and smooth now
3) Connecting road from Sri Sinar, UOA Scenaria to Desa Parkcity completed
4) Arkadia DPC completed with Village Grocer supermarket
5) Petron Station Jalan Segambut next to Verdana completed
6) UOA Suria completed with Redtick supermarket & Tong Kee pastry opening soon
7) MK new commercial Arcoris and Kiara 163 on the way
8) Reduced squatters along JK3 by UEM and MKH and rumoured BON Estates too
9) Naza KL Metropolis with MITEC hall, lots of mix dev & potential MRT3 station
10) UOA United Point new Mall with KTM station under construction

As for squatters land next to SMK Segambut Jaya, that is freehold land with a lot of potential. Hopefully future developer continue Anjali concept of 300-400 family sized units suitable for own stay that is reasonably priced without premium of high end address. Finger crossed.

Rome wasn’t built in a day but buying property from no experience in that industry is a huge risk. Too early to be judgemental but tago has let us down on punctually as well as quality. It’s critical that if they are to survive current property market and if thinking to launch a second residential unit near future there are a lot of takeaways from this one.

The agent who gave that advise must be one in a million. I've yet to meet an agent like that.
The industry needs more agents who care more than just simply making a sale.
