Can do away with non productive facility.
I think necessity would be the courts & pools.
Otherwise, why is this known as condo in the first place.
Might as well turn it into a clubhouse.

All block should be this year because the stipulated common facility is 36 months (which should follow the first S&P),
should the common facility completed and other block not completed, this will pose risk to the developer (they will usually try to avoid).
Not to mention the roof top facility, which are made available to the first block as well.

I believe Tago did not include the wet kitchen (yard) into their package --> correct me if Im wrong.
It will be good if they include it as per their show unit.
